About Our Fragrances
Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes — every fragrance we carry is 100% authentic, sourced
directly from Dubai's most respected perfume houses. We do
not stock imitations, copies, or inspired-by versions.
Are your fragrances suitable for sensitive skin?
Most of our fragrances are skin-safe when applied as directed.
However if you have known fragrance sensitivities we recommend
applying to clothing rather than directly on skin. If you are
unsure about a specific fragrance, contact us before purchasing.
What is the difference between EDP and Extrait?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains 15–20% fragrance concentration
and lasts 6–10 hours. Extrait de Parfum contains 25–40%
concentration and can last 12+ hours. Our Fragrance Guide

Do you sell samples?
We are currently working on a sample program. Contact us
and we will do our best to help you try before you commit
to a full bottle.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Australia. International shipping
is coming soon — contact us to register your interest.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery: 3–7 business days.
Express delivery: 1–3 business days.
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your fragrance
arrives safely.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — complimentary standard shipping on all orders
over $100 AUD.
How will my order be packaged?
Every order is packaged with care. Fragrance bottles are
wrapped and secured to prevent breakage during transit.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused fragrances within
30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original
packaging and condition. You can look at our refund policy for detailed information.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with
a photo of the damage and we will arrange a replacement
or refund immediately.
Can I exchange a fragrance?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us within
14 days and we will do our best to find the right solution
for you.
