Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened, unused fragrances in original packaging.

How Returns Work

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To qualify, items need to be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or order confirmation.

To request a return, just email us at hello@dubaiblends.com.au and we'll walk you through it. Once we approve your return request, we'll send you a prepaid return label and clear instructions on where to send everything back.

Please don't send items back without contacting us first—we won't be able to process unauthorized returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Check your order as soon as it arrives. If something's damaged, defective, or we've sent you the wrong item, let us know right away at hello@dubaiblends.com.au. We'll sort it out quickly and make things right.

What Can't Be Returned

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used products
  • Package destroyed or lost
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Want to swap for a different size or product? The quickest way is to return what you have and place a new order for what you want. This ensures you get exactly what you're after without any delays.

Getting Your Refund

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Keep in mind that it may take a few extra days for your bank or credit card company to show the credit in your account. If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you still haven't seen the refund, please reach out at hello@dubaiblends.com.au.
